    The staff were amazing, they really went out of their way to look after us and we considered them friends by the time we left. The resort is on 20 acres with three amazing pools and about 5 restaurants, all of which were of very good quality. The two bigger pools were very impressive and lovely to sit by. Overall, we loved it and would go again.

    The only thing I would say I didnt like was that we didnt have breakfast included, which would have been nice, and the exterior of the accomodation was a little outdated. But the gardens, lobby, restaurants, pools and spa were beautiful.

    Everything is perfect here, had a really amazing stay on holidays. Delicious and tasty breakfast with a great egg station, thanks a lot. The rooms are generous sized and recently refurbished with an amazing view of the water and a bath tub plus a fabulous view. The staff is cooperative, amiable. The location is good and fab, 2 km from Patong Beach.

    Quiet end of the resort but only 10 -15 mins walk to the busy center, shops Bars, Restaurants and only two mins to the Beach.

    It is not the lowest price Hotel of this standard I have stayed in, however we enjoyed our stay, it is rather hilly and the shuttle bus stops at midnight, which means a very steep climb to some of the accommodation.

    Relax with cool peaceful sorrounding.

    The unavoidable situation happend with me and my family during checkout time when we arranged for a private taxi as nobody told at Hotel during checked-in that private taxi from outside is not advisable for dropping at airport due to mafi dominance as updated by hotel securiyt staff. We will never the bad expereicne occured with me and my family on 18th Aug, 2011 at Phuket. Not happy with the city taxi fare in compare to bangkok. The city administration should look after this issue. One is private taxi hire and minimum taxi fare.

    It had hillside location close to Patong Mosque. The restaurant was enjoyable for breakfast, I tried special dishes. The bed was comfortable and there were an electric kettle and refrigerators.

    hotel was so clean with nice staff ,they were kind and help full.we arived at 10 am and we could check in.charming place for couples.good for relaxation.good location,only 10 min by taxi or tuk tuk to patongs shops and night life. we were happy with our stay.

    the breakfast was a little bit expensive.600 baht per person.

    This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and the fantastic staff who helped me print my tickets during my first stay. The breakfast is always delicious. I can't wait to return for my next city break!
